‎24 hours of continuous fitness done!

Big thank you to everyone who took part and those who sponsored me.

Things I learned:

1. I have the flexibility of a house brick
2. At the 5 in the morning when trying to do aerobics, I also have the agility and grace of said house brick.
3. Laura Toms is mental – avoid her classes if you like walking normally
4. Gareth Hogg is an evil man – he will make you do a thousand crunches while smashing you in the abs with a 8kg medicine ball
