“Before training with Brian, I had been struggling with lower back pain and sciatica for about 4 years.

I had begrudgingly given up most sports and exercise other than walking and light rehab but was still managing pain and flare ups on a daily basis. I had tried numerous physios and methods but wasn’t seeing any progress.

With Brian, we started by identifying triggers that may still be causing pain, how to manage and relieve the flare ups, and started building a foundation of core exercises and movements with relentless focus on form.

Over the course of a year, we’ve built on that foundation and progressed to movements, like kettlebell swings and deadlifts, that I didn’t think I’d ever do again.
