Small Group Training

The small group training sessions offer the optimal balance between effective training and cost.
Work in a group of 3 people, using tried and tested exercise programs to get results.
Each month you get a new program designed to improve strength and performance.
Train at least twice a week and you will also receive monthly bodyfat progress reports and nutrition support.
