  • Return safely to the exercise and sports they love

  • Who have a sensible budget of $100-$200 per week

 

There are no gym memberships to pay for.

Current rehabilitation sessions are available between 8am-6pm in Bondi Junction.

What Is This Program?

This is a proven 12 week training program, helping eastern suburbs men and women fix their injuries and return safely to regular exercise and training.

The program starts with free initial consultation, where I can assess your current level of injury and discuss the details of any rehabilitation you have tried so far.

You will get ongoing help and support from a coach with 10 years of experience helping men and women return safely to exercise and sport.

 

What Makes this Program Different?

This program is not based upon a one size fits all approach and has been put together by a coach who has had to recover from their own serious injury.

From the initial consultation, everything is adapted to match the seriousness and specific type of injury you have.

Each session lasts 60 minutes and is focused on doing a thorough job of helping you understand exactly what you need to do to get results.

Everything is explained in straight forward language with a very down-to-earth and honest approach, so that you understand exactly what we are doing every step of the way.

By the end of the 12 weeks you will understand exactly what has caused your injury and how to manage it successfully for the rest of your life.

 

What Happens After the 12 Weeks?

After we have got you back to pain free movement, I can then tailor your training to suit whatever long-term goals are important to you. Whether that is to build strength, drop fat or even improve performance in your sport.

“I have thrown loads of money at chiropractors and osteopaths over the last 8 years.

I met Brian in October 2015 and after an hour long assessment where I could barely walk he proclaims ” no more sharp pains in 2 weeks and pain free in about 4 weeks”.

I laughed at him at the time but he certainly knows what he’s talking about. I was so good for the first two weeks and did the exercises I was told, but because they yielded such great results I got lazy. This slowed down my progress but when I got back into my homework I couldn’t believe how fast the improvements came.

About the coach

Brian is a qualified trainer, strength coach and corrective exercise specialist with 10 years of experience.

He has a friendly and supportive approach and his passionate about helping his clients overcome their injuries and return to doing what they love.

But his main strength lies in having to overcome is own serious back injury 3 years ago:

“Following some overzealous coaching by an other trainer, I was left in constant pain and unable to stand up straight for a period of 8 weeks. I felt like a crippled old man, with a twisted and spiteful lower back.

Fearing every sneeze, cough and trip to the bathroom – simple day-to-day tasks seemed almost impossible.

During this time I was able to acid-test a range of rehabilitation programs and methods, I simply discarded what did not work and refined what did.”

Having been through the process himself allows Brian to empathise and understand how best to approach your rehabilitation, being acutely aware of each little movement can cause sudden and crippling pain if you are not careful.

Since his injury, Brian has dedicated himself to helping other men and women overcome their injuries and get back to feeling strong and healthy again.

Coaching is carried out in a small, semi-private PT studio at Signature Fitness.

The semi-private atmosphere allows you to train with full focus and attention to detail, without being distracted or being made to feel “in the way” by hordes of gym members.
