In this course we will learn how we need to approach building a successful long-term strategy for lower back pain.
Using the 5 principles, we then need to get to work to identify and remove any aggravating movements, then replace them with movement strategies designed to spare the back as much as possible.
Understanding, identifying and removing the causes of our back injury is half the battle the won. Without this process we run the risk of being eternally stuck in the good vs bad day loop without knowing why.
Remember the concept of the bank account. Our ultimate goal is to build a bank balance as big as possible, to give us the safety net for any times that we cannot move in an ideal way to protect the back.
