Its been a great day today.

Three lessons for today:

  1. The focus and determination of my clients is always a pleasant surprise – Thanks to Jo Button for that!

Only one day in and already great results!

Massive well done to Josh Green – since 24th May this year he has lost 3lbs of fat and gained 6lb of muscle!!!!!!!!!

Looking forward to taking Ritchie Edworthy ‘s last weigh-in and photo’s this Friday!

Another great week of training with my clients is over.

Ritchie Edworthy is doing superbly – 2 stone lost sine March, bodyfat % from 23.3% to 13%

Andy Poole is also doing extremely well – 2lbs of fat lost in 5 days!

I’m using a twice a day resistance program at the moment for my training, just about to finish the second week.  The first week was very tough – felt very drained! but feel awesome on it this week. The aim to get bigger and leaner at the same time!

Massive well done to Josh Green for last Friday’s weigh-in – he’s gained 3lb of lean muscle and dropped 2% bodyfat in two weeks!

I’m looking forward to seeing Andy Poole’s weigh-in results this Friday – I predict a massive shift in body composition on the path towards 8% bodyfat.

Ritchie is still doing well – looking to get him back on track this week with the start of a new training cycle and again the march towards 8% bodyfat!
I’ve put myself onto the same programme as both Ritchie and Andy – so that in 12 weeks all three of us will look in awesome shape!

Another great week of coaching some great people is lined up and I am looking forward to starting two new exciting projects.

Fit 4 Golf

Myself, Karen Duffield and James Doolan are excited to be working on a Golf specific conditioning program.

The program will involve golf specific goal setting (to you need to improve your drive, stance over the ball, your short game), identifying any physical or psychological issues that may be holding you back (posture, mobility for the swing, dealing with those first frustrating few holes) and any long-term health issues we can improve (nutrition, stamina, concentration, stress, sleep patterns)

We are looking forward to getting this project up and running – so look out for more news soon!

Andy Poole and the 12 week No Cardio Transformation

I’ve been training Andy for the past few months and he has made some great gains, getting stronger, bigger and leaner in the process.

I have a theory that I can help him to get into phenomenal shape using only the intelligent application of resistance training and a smart approach to nutrition.

The aim is to feature his story in the next Winning Times newsletter and produce a video and picture diary of his progress.

Some busy and exciting weeks ahead!
