Updates…

Another great week of training with my clients is over.

Ritchie Edworthy is doing superbly – 2 stone lost sine March, bodyfat % from 23.3% to 13%

Andy Poole is also doing extremely well – 2lbs of fat lost in 5 days!

I’m using a twice a day resistance program at the moment for my training, just about to finish the second week. ┬áThe first week was very tough – felt very drained! but feel awesome on it this week. The aim to get bigger and leaner at the same time!
